Here's how it works when you book with me:

Call or email me to set up an appointment. You'll need to share the address and square footage with me so I can schedule you and give you a quote.  If you can be there, great.  If not, that's okay too.  I'm happy to work with your sellers or shoot it solo.  I'll come to your listing and photograph it inside and out, and make it look gorgeous.  If you are on site, I will review your photos with you before we leave.

Once the shooting is done, I will begin processing your media.  I will have your stills ready for you within 48 hours, at which time, I will post them to a password protected gallery that I will create for you at the Client Access page of my website (Tab above).  There, you can view and download your photos.  If you order a 3D Virtual tour, it will take a little longer, as once my work on it is done, I will send it to my tour company for the buildout and floor plan drawing.  They usually take a day or two.  Once it's done, I will send you a link to it.  You can use the link to view your tour, and you can copy and paste it into the appropriate field on the MLS to post it to your listing.

For payment I am able to accept cash, check, or Venmo.  I am not set up to accept credit cards.  If you would like to make payment at the time of the shoot, your photos will be available for download as soon as my work is done (I won't cash the check until you approve the work by downloading it).  If you would prefer to proof the work before making payment, that's fine too.  I will still process your photos and post them to your gallery for your review.  The work will be available for download once payment is received.
